Business Insurance Quote

So I am trying to obtain business insurance. RLI wouldn’t insure me because of where I live, that being a commercial building owned by the company I work for. State Farm quoted me $126.33 month. I am still waiting on two other quotes. Is the $126.33 a month in line with what you pay per month? It seems high to me. Comments?

Sounds high. I would find an independent rep with a good reputation and have him or her do the searching for you. Liberty and Travelers are generally pretty competitive in this area. State farm has never been competitive for my home, auto, business liability and garage keepers, life, or umbrella insurance. Great company I'm sure, just very expensive, or at least that has been my experience.

Can’t disagree with you on that. I do have SF for home three autos and a motor home and they aren’t the cheapest that’s certain. I do have an independent agent working on this for me. I appreciate your input.

Wow that is high are you just getting 500k GLI and shopkeepers 50k
and tools 10k no one quoted me over 400 a year think I am paying 250-300 a year

I got a quote from Insuremyhomebiz.com through Lindbergh for 171.00 a year for General Liability. That might be worth checking out.

Cfkdaddy, I will give them a try. It seems that the issue I am facing is that I don’t own or have a lease/rental agreement where I am working and every insurance company I’ve talked to wants a residential address or shop address, which I am unable to provide.
