insurance questions/networks

I've been reading through these forum for weeks and have been gettin confused on networks /insurance billing. Do you have to register with lynx,Gerber,etc to bill them?do you have to sign an agreement/contract with them? Can you not q that agreement And still bill them?with is this list of insurance companies I keep on reading bout.?would I still be able to make a decent amount not messing with insurance billing and just chargin upfront?any info will b greatly appreciate it. Ps weather down here is excellent for wsr year-round.

There are several others including Gerber National and Quest Claims services that we sometimes mention but the three Korey mentioned handle the bulk of the claims so we always tell customers to be sure and sign up with them immediately. Generally speaking the rest are more or less regional and easy enough to sign up with on the fly as necessary.
