Self insured mean the company is wealthy enough to cover itself, these are very unlikely to pay cash.
Retail customers who are not insured may pay cash, but will likely want low prices, you can have that lot.

Anyone has experience with the under-insured market? Is there any volume to that market? I'm talking about the folks who don't have full coverage.
