Exclusive use contract
I was wondering. Does anyone have an exclusive use contract that I could use? I need a contract between where I'm doing repairs that says that they are only going to be using me for x amount of time, it would be good if it also was self renewing. However beggars can't be choosers. Thanks guys.

Just a quick question..
Why sharing a legal document (often costly) with somebody unknown?
Risking you using a legal document, against the official owner.

Legal documents aren't copy written. Anyone can use legal documents as long as it's flexible and has fill in the blank areas for all of the dynamic parts. And as for sharing it because it's costly, the same concern could be asked about everyone here sharing all of their years of experience, and who knows maybe they got a buddy to make it for them, and they got it for free. All I know is that if I don't ask I definitely won't get one for free.

That was not my point

I mean, I guess. It's no different than going and getting a legal document from many of the legal document sites. They just have a legal document bank that you just get it from. They don't have a lawyer draft them for every single person who requests one.

If you get someone to sign that you are doing good. If I had a fleet or dealership i would show that person to the street. You are trying to make this too complicated for most. If your work meets their standard you should have no problem with competition.
