Me I only use the public to fill small voids from fleet ! Fleet is reoccurring revenue ! Steady check!

Fleets and motor trade, I never do one job per stop like retail jobs are. I use my time when those are quiet, which they never are to find more of the same. Living in a rural area I found retail/insurance to time consuming and expensive to deal with. I also get paid the same to from my fleet and trade as the insurers pay out.

There are lots of ways of doing this business, mine works for me. My average invoice per stop is over $225.
