Clearquest, how do you price out your down time, the traveling, invoicing, bit and pieces. The reason I prefer fleet is as I said earlier way more jobs per stop. It always seems like a one off job takes on average 90 minutes + for most guys, where as we can do 3 jobs for that at a fleet customer. I must also add that I get a proper price for my fleet work, as the customers know I save them a lot of money compared with other repair or replace/repair companies do.

It is all own to how you sell it, getting back to the OP I find if it goes quiet here it is because I am not working and selling hard enough, so in essence it is my fault. There is a very slight lowering of mileage on private car use in the UK due to fuel prices and other things, however this is not my preferred market so I feel very little effect from it.
