Yes, I see that, just as point "B" is not under the letter "B". I get that. But from your response I get the impression as well that you think it's necessary to drill both ends of the crack and since the beginning of the crack is already anchored at the edge of the damage by cured resin, why would you want to drill into cured resin and try to anchor it again while gambling that resin injected into the point "A" spot would fill the void as well? It's just a one inch crack. Filling at point "B" is certainly sufficient for a crack of that length given the situation. As I've mentioned previously, the point "A" location is kind of a gamble as far as filling the void. So if you gamble and lose,(which in my experience is more probable than not) you'll have to drill into the void anyway. So why gamble? I realize that Brent assumes that the crack extends all the way to the void, but not only is that not what the graphic depicts, Kingmonkey's initial description clearly states that the crack begins at the edge of the bullseye, not the right side of the void. Now maybe his (or her) initial description was inaccurate, and maybe he (or she) neglected to connect the crack to the void in the drawing, but in the absence of further clarification, we have to accept for analysis only the data that is provided. Right?

Cheers;

Forum members will not have full use of all board features until "after" they have posted a minimum of 10 posts. Features that you will not be able to use until you have a minimum of 10 posts include, but are not limited to, private messaging, e-mailing, posting photos, and viewing photos. This helps avoid spam on the board and protects the privacy of windshield repair forum members, so running up your post count with illegitimate posts will not be tolerated and may result in a ban from the board.

Something's up with that photo. I can't see it either, but could when it was posted. We'll look into it.
