I have a question. As stated above UV is everywhere so regardless if under shelter UV is possible to be present.
So this being said, Using my Bubble Dome only protects from UV entering from exterior of WS.

Would it be wise to spply UV covering to the interior of the WS to block UV?
I couldn't imagine placing a Bulky item such as a Bubble Dome on the inside of the glass, However I could see using a UV blanket like that of Deltas!

UV will not penetrate windshield glass. If you doubt this put a drop of pit resin on the inside with cure tab and see if it will set up in direct sun. So you don't have to worry about UV coming from the backside of the glass when working on the chip.

I like to have the car pointed directly away from the sun if possible. Although sometimes if it is cold having them face the sun will warm them up and make repairing easier. Always use UV protection unless indoors or after the sun is set.

I agree with Nomad. UV light will not penetrate from the inside of the vehicle. I repaired a crack on the inside of a laminated showroom window last week, in strong sunlight and the resin did not cure until I applied my UV light. Regarding positioning of the vehicle, try to avoid the windscreen being half in shade and half in sunlight, this will cause uneven expansion/contraction of the screen creating stresses that might cause a break out from damage.
