its fine for a couple weeks as long as you keep it out of dirrect light for any extended period. I squirt it on the light and spread it with the paper towel

try getting a sleeve of the small Dixie cups and mix your 50-50 in the cup with a popsicle stick.When you pour the 2 parts in the cup you will notice that they will not immediately mix completely and need a stir to mix completely.Then fold 1/2 of you blue paper Scott towel into about 1-1.5 inch square and use the straight edge of the towel to apply the sealer.This allows it to go on very even and smooth.

I like doing the mix ahead of time the stuff is good for several days at least. I go thru a 8oz bottle in less than a week so I dont know about longer than that I do 5-7 sets a day now sometimes more

I did not realize you premixed.That works well too!! You have to luv the lens !

Are you now omitting the yellow X to start off with? or are you still using that as the first step?

On the cups, I use a plastic paint mixing cup that all I have to do is wipe it out and put away when done. and I just swish it around to mix in the cup so I do not need a mixing stick.

Just cutting costs for more profit and less trash.

yes the yellow-x is not necessary when you use the WD40 technique.Saves time and a step too.

I is amazing how fast it goes the wd seems to make the sand step much shorter and wipes of really easy with the thinner its rare that i spend 10 minutes on a set anymore also try picking up tailights the GM ones especialy seem to fade just wipe em with the thinner and coat with the sealer no sanding needed I have been charging $20 a set for tailights do a set for the customer and you will be doing the others he has when he see,s the difference

wd-40 sand (1) spray -wipe with mineral spirits(2) apply sealer!(3) No yellow-x ............No buffing.............1/2 the time and effort and 100% of the quality!! I am sold!!!!!!!!!! By using the WD-40 I need no water.Just step sand lens.Wipe / spray lens clean with mineral spirits .Apply 2 part!! INHO this is the best way I have found yet.

When wet sanding with WD-40 doesn't it splatter or run off onto the car finish/bumper? Does it clean up with paint thinner or does it leave a shinny coat?

Do we need to mask off the area we are working with plasic or paper sheets? and how is it on black plastic bumpers or grills? Are you running you Matibo on low speed to keep the spatter down also?

I dont mask anything you dont use much WD so its not spraying all over
