Stuck Plunger
Mr. Chips,
Those injectors have a lifetime warranty, and we are very interested to see what could have caused it to stick.
Give us a call Monday at 888.811.3451, and we will arrange for you to ship your injector back and replace it.
Thanks!

Re: Stuck Plunger
Hello mrchips
When you clean your kits are you soaking your injector parts in denatured alcohol? If not that might be your problem I soak mine in a jar over night about once a week or so been using delta kits for about 10 plus years never seen a plunger stick unless there full of resin and not cleaned right.
Good Luck and Happy Repairing
