Gas prices ?
Would anyone like to share the price you are paying at the pump right now?
Here in Iowa E-10 blend is $2.38 USD per gallon. Reg. unleaded is 2.44. Not too many E-85 pumps around here, so no price on that. I got all excited about these prices until I remembered it was less than ten years ago we were still paying less than $1.00 a gallon.

Re: Gas prices ?
I just returned home from our three week USA trip. I indeed noticed that your gas prices were up, but to us, EU citizens, they still looked pretty cheap. You think you guys are being ripped off? Here in Europe we pay substantial higher prices. Prices vary per country, but where I live and work (the Netherlands), we pay 1,28 euro per litre. That would be $6,15 per gallon! (e1 = $1,25 /one gallon = 3,785 litre) The UK prices are probably even higher!

Re: Gas prices ?
I am in Sacramento, California for the weekend and it seems like $2.70 is the average price for regular unleaded but in Eugene, Oregon the average price is $2.99. All stations in Oregon only offer full service and attendants are required to pump gas because customers are barred by statutes in the state from pumping their own gas.

Re: Gas prices ?
You American make me laugh regarding Gas or petrol prices?? $2.00 or $4.00 I would rather pay that price than the price people pay in Europe or even Bermuda I heard the price in Bermuda is around $8.00 a friend recently came back from Ireland and was paying approx $10.25 per gal for diesel .We have been spoilt to long in this country ie $1.00 gall of gas?? Why the price are so high in other countrys is becuse of taxes ie VAT ETC ,mind you get more mpg on the cars in other parts of the world they do not have the emission control like the have in this country on cars??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Re: Gas prices ?
FrankEU, Gas prices were at $4.00 to 5.00 per gal. two months ago. Can you give a logical explanation for why gas prices drop 50% in two months?
KGobin, Nice law, wish we had it here.
Big Welshman, Yes I am spoiled and proud of it. Aren't you American?
