Before & After Photos

What works best for before/after photos? Do you use your smart phone or a dedicated camera? Any angle or lighting tips?

I use my I-phone. I never know when someone will ask me about headlights. I don't always have my work vehicle or I may be in a business, Church or a Dr's office, an don't have time to get a photo book.
I print off new photos a few times per year and leave display them in a small picture album. I keep one in my vehicle and a few detail shops / Tire & Lube Centers. The quality of my I-phone photo, is almost as good as my cameras.

I use my IPad to take photos before and after the job also. Then after the last photo I use the IPad and a mobile printer to print the invoice, at way everything is automatically posted into Quickbooks. It makes life so much easier.

I use my Nikon D5100 when taking photos. Most of the times I also process the photos to enhance the colours.
