I was talking to a novus tech today and he was telling me how superior their resins and equipment is to anyone else on the industry. Are they doing something we're not?

Not to break anybodies bubble here on how "wonderful this tool is" it would be a better tool if the quality would be better. The tip is always falling out, not enough magnetic strength to hold it there.

hard time filling legs
The last 2 times I did a chip repair I had a very hard time getting the legs to fill and they were only about half an inch long. The weather was around 39 degrees. I even applied heat from the inside and it didn't work. Would it work switching to a thinner resin or am I just doing something wrong li...

i've said this before on this forum, and i'll say it again. i am averageing approx. 70+ referrals a month especially since safelite started there national ad campaign about 4 months ago. the networks mostly lynx has been very busy, as you can tell by the dispatch numbers. they are blowing thru numb...

I have a state tax id and a federal tax id. I'm just new to doing repairs for dealers and fleets so I'm wondering what the norm here is.

All of you that service dealers and fleets are you charging taxes for your services? I know this is a dumb question but am not sure about sales tax on labor?

I successfully did it a few days ago on a truck that had failed inspection because of a small crack. Nevertheless when I was finished the truck passed inspection the next day, the owner was pretty happy. Just my own little success story here.
