Which side of the glass does the magnet go on? And I assume this would be just the opposite for those in the southern hemisphere?

Same as you, bill for one and do them all for one price. Never heard of multiple claims at one time. sounds to me like Safelite found a loophole for them to increase their claim numbers and profit. Looks like you left some moisture in the damage. Did you dry the break before repairing?
