Yes, you should try OMEGA GLASS BILLER. It's really easy to use. There's a list of all insurance companies, it will say SGC or LYNX, with phone number and how much they pay. You can even submit invoices directly to insurance with a processing fee.
First month is free, you should try it out.

Re: Fleet accounts
So I've been doing some research about how to direct bill, and with A.C.T. you just have to submit pictures, correct?
I was reading how to get started and it says you need a certificate of liability insurance. If this is true, are there any other ways of billing directly to the insurance company?

Re: Camera Calibration on vehicles
Another thing, when the vehicle does need the recalibration does it absolutely have to be done at a dealership? Or can you take it to a small shop? Because the dealership charges $140, and I've heard others can go up to $300.

Re: Camera Calibration on vehicles
I talked to a guy with SGC and admitted that all Tahoe's and suburbans require the lane departure recalibration. Now almost all new vehicles have that feature and there's no reason why they shouldn't pay for the others. If you can find proof on GM or the manufacturer saying that it is required for a...

Fleet & Statefarm Texas
Does anyone know how to become a vendor for fleet companies? How much do they usually pay? Just wondering if it's even worth it. Also Statefarm no longer covers windshield repairs in Texas. Before you could say the date of damage was before Jan. 2016 and they would sometimes pay. But now they make e...

HOW TO DIRECT BILL INSURANCE WITHOUT TPA
Does anyone know how to file a glass claim without being transferred to the glass department? Trying to get away from Safelite. They're a competitor and I don't agree with helping them make more money. Does it work for repairs and replacements? If so do I fax the invoice directly to the insurance co...

Re: Determining correct windshield #
Hey Robert, if you get a phone call asking for the price of a windshield always get the VIN. The customer has no clue what features their windshield has. You have to see the glass yourself to determine if it has the lane departure or rain sensor. And then of course there are many other options on th...
