I hope you are not saying that if you break a windshield while doing a repair that your liability insurance will pay for a new one?
I'd suggest double checking with your agent about that!

Screenman, I don't think that answer has anything to do with the question. We all know you use Delta.

Here's what my guarantee says, "The repair is guaranteed for as long as you own your vehicle. If the repaired area cracks further, or fails to pass inspection, I will refund your money. I must inspect the windshield prior to replacement or guarantee is void."

I've been using a rubber bulb syringe for years with great results (blowing out the pit area). Not a good tool to use for eliminating moisture. You've got to use some heat to evaporate the moisture from inside the break.

Probably should have posted both of those in the water cooler but I couldn't resist! We're all too serious most of the time.

I enjoy scratch removal...if I can't reach it with my hand I grab my hook tool out my tool box! Works great for that hard to reach area in between your shoulder blades.

So which system are you using? Are we suppose to guess?!

I agree with all the above responses, but that being said , what is the "definition" of a windshield repair? Is it not to prevent the windshield from cracking further and not needing it to be replaced/pass State inspection?
