We encountered a Honda Accord similar to what Time2Shine experienced. It was obvious that the headlights had a coating on them, but our technician was able to restore the headlights to like new condition in less than 30 minutes. Sounds like you have an older model orbital which came with nylon gears. I am able to help you get the newer model orbital with metal gears at no cost. I emailed you my contact information so please email or call me when you find time.

When it comes to large pits, we recommend you filling the pit with pit resin first then cure it to form a cap over the break. Afterwards, drill through the cap and apply the injector to fill the break like normal repair.
