Re: Resin dispenser.

We've sold MagniBond in glass bottles with squeeze droppers as well as in plastic squeeze bottles with dropper tips for many years so customers had the choice. Now we sell in plastic only but include bot droppers and dropper tips. Our recommendation to Delta Kits injector owners is to continue using...

Re: Employee theft and TIPS!

Two years ago I was giben an engraved clock thanking me for 25 years of service by one of my customers, does that count as a tip? Little different when a customer gives you something out of appreciation that you didn't ask for. Asking customers for a tip or suggesting they tip is a huge no no...

Re: Location vs Mobile

Here in Western Canada we have a company that sets up tents in every shopping center they can get their hands on. They operate from early May to fall, and seem to employ primarily college students. They seem to do Okay, but have to incur some fixed costs and weather frustrations. I have operated as ...

Re: Fear the drill and tap??

I prefer the slide hammer, just allows me to use the amount of impact that I am comfortable with. Re: Different grits

I always use 320, 500, 800, 1200, 1500, 3000 (polishing disc). If the 320 is not cutting fast enough I drop to a 180 followed by the 320, 500, etc. In my opinion you will get way better results if you use a few more grits and keep them as close together as possible.

Re: 12V Moisture Evaporator

Great tool whenused with the heat sink tool. I work differently from Kenny as I work outside in chasing the moisture out, I feel the the heat expands the glass which shuts the damage up, so by squeezing the ouside it chases it out of the cooler middle area. Living in a wet country I have carried out...

Re: Best Brand windshield

Pilkington would be manufacturer I would go with and they have the glass available still. However I would recommend having a qualified tech do the install. For that year I would definitely do a full strip to base paint. Prep, primer and use correct height set blocks so your moldings fit correctly to...
